This is the project I'm working on now. Made with muslin fabric. Has button joints for arms, elbows, legs and knees. Once dressed, I think he will look great! Can you guess who it'll be? :o)
Meet Haggy....she has now moved to IL to be with her sister. :o) Made of muslin fabric, soft sculptured and coffee stained. Dressed in her Sunday best for her glamour photo shoot. :o) Sheep's wool was used for hair, acrylic paints for the facial features. Individual wired fingers with black, 3-D fingernails. She even had a pedicure since the tips of her leather boots were worn out. Lots more item descriptions and photos on ebay. Feel free to email me at judaigle@gwi.net if there are any particular types of dolls you'd like to challenge me to make. :o) My Auctions
I finally finished my mother and child art dolls! They'll be going up for auction on ebay this evening. Both were made of muslin fabric, painted with a wash to give them a suntanned color ready for spring. :o) Lots of detail in these two dolls. The mother has individual wired fingers with sculptured face and toes. Both of them have sheep's wool for hair and have painted fingernails and toenails. Mother and child have now moved to NC.
